Payment Policy – Smart Branting
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when you receive your order. Nationwide Pakistan.
- Bank/Direct Transfer: Transfer funds directly from your bank account. Share payment proof via WhatsApp or Email.
- Card Payments: Visa, MasterCard, debit & credit cards via third-party payment gateways.
- Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay – widely used in Pakistan.
- Third-Party Gateways: Shopify compatible gateways for online checkout (cards + wallets).
2. Payment Process & Confirmation
After online payment, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Manual transfers require screenshot/transaction reference before shipping.
3. Refunds & Failed Transactions
- Failed or declined card transactions are automatically canceled.
- If a payment fails due to server issues, the order will be canceled and customer notified.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method only.
4. Bulk Orders & Advance Payments
For bulk or corporate orders, we may require advance payment (partial or full) before manufacturing. Terms are confirmed via WhatsApp or Email with the customer.
